Gudgeon for Old Town Sportsman 106 and Sealect Trucourse Rudder

Specifically for mounting to Old Town Sportsman 106 and TRUCOURSE™ RUDDER system. This is only the gudgeon mounting bracket for the rudder and not the hardware to mount the rudder pedal rails for the kit. Spacer is used to raise the rudder up 1/2" on the gudgeon, if needed. The plug covers the mounting hole on the gudgeon central column. M5 Rubber Well Nuts Neoprene Expansion Brass Nuts installed prior to mounting the gudgeon. Use the gudgeon as a drill guide for the fittings. M5-0.8 x 25mm Flanged Button Head Socket Cap Screw Bolts used to attach the gudgeon into the well nuts. I installed two 3" Snap-In Deck Plates at the gudgeon location to attach rudder cabling inside the kayak for the rudder system. You could get away with just one, but I wanted the symmetry of the two. I added two holes to attach a carry handle to the gudgeon with paracord lines. Run paracord through holes and tie off the end. I have not printed this version but it should work just fine based on my attached gudgeon.
