Guardian Scout Nintendo Switch Cartridge Holder

This is my entry for the Nintendo Switch Design Challenge. The design was heavily influenced by the Guardian Scouts from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, with a focus on displaying four Nintendo Switch cartridges. I aimed to complement my other project, the Guardian Stand for the Nintendo Switch. In the game, the scouts can extend their neck and head to reveal an array of deadly weapons. Inspired by this feature, I envisioned an array of video games instead, showcasing the versatility of the design. Future plans include creating a version where the games are hidden inside the main body, requiring users to lift up the head/neck to reveal the contents. The entire model was created from scratch without any reliance on scans of amiibo or in-game models. I wanted to test my skills and see if I could recreate this iconic design using only 3D modeling software.
