Guardian of the Fire Guitar
thingiverse
I've been eager to finish this project for a while now, but as you can see from the second image it still needs a lot of support. I did manage to join up many of the parts to support each other with some overlap, but in terms of splitting it into multiple parts to print easier, I couldn't figure out a way that wouldn't require most of these parts to have support anyway. Essentially, I had high-resolution resin printers in mind, but it works just fine with FDM. Size-wise, the default scale is 165mm tall. It should be suitable for printing smaller down to about 100mm or so, but if you print much smaller than that in FDM, you may lose some of the finer details on the guitar and possibly even some fingers. Poly count is relatively low at 262,466 tris, mid-range at 1,052,064 tris, and high-end at 2,105,320 tris.
