The Guardian Bell or Gremlin Bell safeguards riders from wicked road spirits known as gremlins. These malevolent entities have plagued bikers for as long as two-wheeled vehicles have existed, also haunting aircraft and motorcycles. Gremlins are evil road spirits that seize the first opportunity to leap onto a passing bike, then attempt to cause mechanical troubles and bad luck wherever possible. The Gremlin Bell lures these gremlins onto its surface, and the constant sound from its clapper drives them insane, causing them to lose their grip and fall to the ground. Print at 0.2 mm or 0.1 mm layer height, use support (from the build plate only). Mount the Gremlin Bell by loosening its internal clapper with a small nudge inwards from the hole at the bottom of the bell. Secure it with a 2.5mm x 150mm zip tie, positioning the mount as low as possible to prevent the gremlin from re-grasping hold of the bike after falling. Maximum protection can be achieved by giving the Gremlin Bell to a friend and asking for one in return! If you print the bell yourself, it still possesses powers to safeguard you; however, its potency is multiplied when received as a gift. Happy riding.
