I'm quite enthusiastic about motorsport, both from a sporting perspective and also due to its technical and technological facets. So naturally I felt compelled to create some form of jewelry that celebrates it, but I didn't want to opt for the obvious route and make a pendant in the shape of an automobile or something similar. Instead, I decided to see if I could transform a car into a ring, and I'll leave it up to you as to how successful I've been at achieving this goal. The top part of the ring is designed to be streamlined like the bonnet of the vehicle (or hood, for our American friends) and the body of the ring consists of the radiator grille, headlights and manufacturer's emblem (I chose a tribute to the Corvette arrowhead logo as it was visible and not too small to print). Therefore this ring is perfect for the petrolhead in your life, regardless of whether they actually spend time racing on a track from time to time.
