GTI Coaster
thingiverse
Print this upside down, utilizing the M600 change filament command for a seamless color transition. Color changes occur at 1mm level heights, rendering a fancy printer unnecessary. Initially, I utilized red filament up to 1mm height before seamlessly switching over to silver for the next 1mm layer and then transitioning to black for the remainder of the top surface. The bottom was printed in white for enhanced contrast. To protect the coaster's surface, I recommend applying clear spray paint as a sealant. Water can seep into the gaps, leading to a buildup of unwanted crud. Furthermore, ensure you utilize the touching build plate support option on your slicer to achieve optimal results.
