GT86 BRZ FRS sound pipe plug (with multi material)

This is a 3D model for a plug that fits snugly into the sound-pipe that channels sound from the engine compartment to the passenger cabin in the Toyota/Scion/Subaru GT86 FRS BRZ. Yes, I know you can swap out the cigarette lighter plug with this one and insert it into the sound pipe, and yes, I'm aware of similar models available on TiV, but this one stands out. Why? Because I have access to a multi-material printer, which inspired me to create a model with a flexible filament shroud around its outside surface to enhance plugging performance. This 3D model boasts a standard multimaterial print design featuring a solid inner core and a flexible outer shroud. It works flawlessly and costs only twice as much as the $0.50 plugs you can find at local stores. Files included are two multimaterial STL files, one basic file for single extruder printers, a STEP file, and the original Fusion 3D file used to create this design. Note that the images in this Thing showcase an older version with overhangs on the top part that were slightly too extreme. The revised file features improved overhangs (visible in the Thing viewer but not shown here).
