!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS AN AMATURE DESIGN AND YOU MUST SCALE ALL PRINTS TO 98% OF ORIGINAL SIZE and it should fit about 1 layer of 3m VHB tape around perimeter of battery in order to provide a little padding. my buddy helped me make this it is not a perfect rendering but it is fairly accurate and should work. i planned on either 3m VHB tape to adhere the wire guard on OR epoxy resin the pieces together. I separated them because it would be hard to print otherwise. place pieces flat side down, (left / right faces down) so the faces are smooth, you should need no supports. bevel for strap is 45 degrees and prints fine on my ender3prov2. no brim or raft needed. my settings: layer 1 (for adhesion) 200c bed 63c nozzle pla 1.75 amazon basics gray 20% speed no fan on first layer then stock cura settings with no issue. 20% infil, feel solid, not sure how they'll handle a crash yet. obv thicker is more durable.
