GT2 Timing Pulley 22T

I need to locate the original file used in this project because it started as a customizable SolidWorks design where you can adjust parameters such as tooth count and other specifications. You can still access that design by opening the swp file. My intention behind creating this is simply to print my own pulleys after being inspired by JLTX's upload of one. I tried his design, but the two halves kept separating slightly, causing excessive wear on the belt. Therefore, I decided to modify it so that my bearings could fit in one half and the other half would slide or snap over the first. This design utilizes two bearings, but unfortunately, I have forgotten their type. I will look them up on Amazon, where I purchased them from, and update this information once I figure out which ones they are. I included a picture of my calipers with red markings and needle for measurement, as well as top measurements on the metal. Using a cheap GT2 belt, you'll notice black rub off on the pulley, but after purchasing the Gates 2GT belt, which is fiber-reinforced, I haven't seen any issues yet. However, I still need to print more of these pulleys before I can confirm their performance. Keep in mind that I'm not an expert in bearings or pulleys; I created this design for my own use, so I have no idea how long these small bearings will last. By the way, this design requires two bearings.
