GT2 Timing Belt 1164mm x 6mm Experiment
prusaprinters

This little experiment was because I needed a 1164mm timing belt for a camera slider project. The belt is on order but is going to take about a week to get here so I designed a quick one to print so I can get this project going ASAP.

I printed it off in Ninjaflex it took about 3 hours on the Taz6, and so far it works pretty good.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

LulzBot

Printer:

TAZ 6

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Notes:

Print this in Ninjaflex or Semiflex

How I Designed This

OnShape link:

https://cad.onshape.com/documents/7089870465b1c9d0a99abbda/w/662b4546814116a86515d4a8/e/4b813f4befde231507dcb67brnrnI made a 1164mm contour that would fit my bed and then repeated the GT2 belt pattern.

Category: 3D Printer Parts
