At 95% progress in Slic3r, the object still needs printing. For improved fitment, I widened the holes and nut area in version 1, necessitating post-print drilling. The teeth height was raised to 2mm for better clearance. Key adjustments include pulley_b_dia = 20, motor_shaft = 6, teeth = 20, pulley_b_ht = 8, additional_tooth_depth = 0.6, no_of_nuts = 1, idler = 0, m3_dia = 4, additional_tooth_width = 0.1, m3_nut_depth = 3.5, pulley_t_ht = 9, retainer_ht = 3, profile = 12, nut_angle = 90, m3_nut_hex = 1, retainer = 1, idler_ht = 1.5, m3_nut_flats = 6.4, and nut_shaft_distance = 1.2. It also features a 3mm tall retainer.
