For optimal fit, print the pulley at 95% using Slic3r settings. This customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 works best with a GT2 belt when adjusted with Customizer! To improve on this design, I made version 2, which has larger holes and space for the M3 nut. I recommend using version 2 found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:191510. In this iteration, the teeth are 2mm higher for better clearance, while the holes have been enlarged to avoid drilling afterward. The profile is 12, retainer is 1, with additional tooth width of 0.1 and nut shaft distance of 1.2. Retainer height is 3, M3 diameter is 3.4, pulley tooth height is 7, M3 nut depth is 2.7, and additional tooth depth is 0.6. Pulley base diameter is 20, idler height is 1.5, M3 nut flats measure 6.2, one nut is included, pulley base height is 8, there are 20 teeth, M3 nut hex is 1, nut angle is 90, idler is optional, motor shaft diameter is 5.6, and a GT2 belt fits perfectly.
