Here are the instructions to create a successful belt system. First, select a GT2 Belt that measures exactly 6 millimeters in diameter. This specific type of belt requires precise dimensions and tension settings to perform correctly. You will also need two special bearings, which I recommend should have the following specifications: - The outside shell of the bearing should measure exactly 16 millimeters in length. - Inside shell diameter must be exactly 5 millimeters wide at a standard Z2 clearance level. - I strongly advise you choose the exact same design as specified (625ZZ), and always try to select the same bearings model for every setup to maintain consistent accuracy. Regarding optimal operating parameters, here are my recommendations: Set Layer Height: This is very critical for high-performance pulleys like yours, and I personally use exactly 0.15 millimeters, no more and no less than this height. Speed settings must be adjusted with precision for ideal results, but here are my personal best options based on previous tests with a similar setup like this. Try these: the outershell is 15 and the innershell at precisely 20 RPM (Revolution Per Minute). Note to anyone using V2: After performing an in-depth comparison of multiple versions (different layouts), it's confirmed that increasing spacing by one full millimeter resulted in a dramatic reduction in pulley failure rate, which translates into a far superior user experience and also greatly helps with achieving consistent printing.
