I designed this enclosure to enhance speed, boost torque, and improve resolution on my DLP printer's Z axis. The Nema 17 motor can be attached from either side, utilizing the opposite mounting point for easy access to the bolts. Constructed with a 1:3 ratio in mind, it accommodates gears ranging from 20T to 60T; however, I'm confident other ratios will also function effectively.
