GT2 Parametric Drive Belt Loop

I needed a GT2 belt for my polar printer bot and the application called for a size of 186 teeth. I searched online, but with minimum orders and long lead times, I thought I'd try printing one myself. My first print using NinjaFlex semiflex material looks promising, and it might be okay for this light-duty application. I'll keep you posted. The commercial version is available here: http://shop.sdp-si.com/catalog/product/?id=A%206R51M186060 The polar drawbot is described here: http://www.buildlog.net/blog/2017/08/the-polar-coaster-a-drink-coaster-drawing-machine/ I'm remixing some of those parts to use NEMA17 motors, so stay tuned! The OpenSCAD code is straightforward. If you need a different size, there are only two parameters to adjust: belt height and tooth count. Download the code and try making changes. Be warned that it takes a long time to render, so it's not ideal for customizing. I created the tooth pattern intuitively without much math or geometry. This is just a minimum viable product. I'll leave it up to you to create a proper tooth profile as an exercise. The work was inspired by these two related things: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:244760 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:245353 I hope you like it! Thanks for looking.
