##3D Printed Timing Belt Set 20-tooth pulleys designed for a GT2 x 6mm wide timing belt, ideal for use in printers that incorporate as many 3D printed parts as possible. ##Drive Pulley The drive pulley is specifically engineered to fit standard NEWA17 5mm diameter motor shafts with a 2mm flat. A hex nut trap is designed into the hub for secure fastening of a 3mm set screw. One side of the pulley features a 45-degree angled flange, allowing it to be printed without supports. ##Idler Pulley The idler pulley utilizes 12 standard steel BB's with 4.5mm diameters as bearings. Six BB's are strategically positioned on each side of the pulley in an angular contact arrangement for optimal performance. Roller cages facilitate easy assembly and smooth rotation. A 45-degree flange is featured on one side of the pulley to eliminate the need for supports during printing or use. Assembly requires a 3mm hex nut and at least a 25mm long socket head cap screw, potentially longer depending on application. A smooth idler version is also available. While I haven't yet tested these pulleys due to delays in printer completion, the idler pulley demonstrates impressive spinning performance, indicating potential success with minimal modification. Applying PTFE lube to the BB's may enhance their lifespan. If you decide to use them, kindly share your experience. Assembly video: https://youtu.be/7fncYHBqXg
