GT2 belt turn bearing for Anet A8
thingiverse
This is a straightforward and compact component. Instead of looping the belt around a screw on the X Axis of the A8, I designed this miniature part to reduce friction during turning. Additionally, it relocates the belt away from the screw thread, providing some protection for it in the process. On the A8, space constraints necessitate a thin side for this bushing, but that's acceptable since the screw still absorbs the pressure exerted by the belt. The component is engineered to keep the belt securely in place, and judging by my experience, it seems effective as I've never encountered any issues with mine coming loose. Manufactured from PLA at 100% infill density, this part boasts exceptional strength.
