GT2 belt tensioner low profile

I needed a compact belt tensioner for my delta printer, one that wouldn't require extra hardware like springs or screws and could fit snugly in just 1cm of space. Unfortunately, this DIY tensioner didn't quite live up to expectations - it failed after only two months of use, earning the "work in progress" label. Despite its limitations, I'm sharing my design with the hope that others can build on it and create something more reliable. I took care to add plenty of fillets to the design, aiming to distribute stress evenly throughout the part. However, it seems this wasn't enough to prevent failure. Installing the tensioner will likely be a challenge due to its tight, tapered shape - designed to grip the belt securely from within.
