GT2 belt clamp for MendelMax & Prusa

This reworked file originates from https://github.com/prusajr/PrusaMendel/blob/master/source/belt-clamp.scad and now features fully parametric dimensions due to removed hard-coded values. It's designed for GT2 belts, though you can tailor it to fit any belt type and adjust clamp size. The asymmetric clamp enables 1mm (belt pitch divided by 2) tension adjustments via 180-degree rotations. The revised belt width increased from 7mm to 10mm for improved alignment with pulleys, while thickness reduced from 7mm to 3mm.
