GT2 Belt Axis Lock
thingiverse
I've been refurbishing and reselling broken 3D printers, requiring a reliable way to lock axes without relying on packing materials like styrofoam during shipping. So, I designed these handy clips that allow locking each axis by meshing the GT2 belt tooth-to-tooth without compromising it or applying tape or cable ties that might be forgotten during unpacking. There are two models: a wide version recommended for use when plenty of GT2 belt is exposed and a narrow version when only a short distance is exposed. I use them on every outbound shipment, hoping this comes in handy for you!
