GT2 Belt Anchor
thingiverse
Remixed from scratch, the belt clamp by KVerb has been reimagined. Due to my carriage design, workarounds were necessary, resulting in a loss of print area. The anchor is designed to accommodate M3 x 15 cap head screws (I accidentally ordered 500 of these little screws). As evident from the sampler, the head sits flush on the underside or can be used as the core pin if it breaks. This design is meant to be a cutout, negative, or "hole" piece. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: HICTOP i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.05 to 0.4 Infill: 0 to 100% Notes: Build it the way you want (I use 0.1mm @100%). Post-Printing: 1] Clean 2] Insert belt 3] Use a nut and washer on top to lock in place if desired 4] Don't worry, be happy How I Designed This: Tinkercad...this is iteration 3
