Instructions To use this bicycle pulley thing, follow these options: Set Pulley Thread Height (mm) to: 7.5 Check Retainer box if desired Add extra width between teeth by mm: 0.2 Enter diameter for Pulley Body (mm): 18 Specify height for Idler Pulley in (mm): 1.5 Select retainer height: 1.5 Insert distance of nut from shaft in (mm): 5.7 Determine length of Nut Shaft in (mm): 1.2 Identify type of idler to include: Mark as including M3 Nut Flats box Mark nut shape is hex by checking hex option Design depth for Additional Tooth (mm): 1 Select thread size of Mounting Bolts (mm): 3.2 Choose number of Teeth for pulley wheel: 80 Mark no.of bolts that should go through Nuts as : Insert total Depth for Nuts and Washers in mm: 5.7 Determine nut angle on mounting hardware as: Determine height for Pulley Body (mm): 8.1 Design diameter of Motor Shaft as: 5
