Instructions for Assembly To Use the Following Options: Motor Shaft Diameter: 100 Number of Teeth on the Belt: 120 Height of Pulley Bore: 8 mm Thickness of Pulley Top Hat: 16 mm Width of M3 Nut Flats: 5.7 mm Retainer Bolt Height: 1 mm Threaded Section Hex: 1 mm Distance Between Shaft and Mounting Holes: .5 mm Idler Mounting Position: On Standard Features: Diameter of the Hole Through Which M3 Screws Pass: 2.7 mm Thickness of Pulley Diametrical Flanges: 30 mm Depth Added to Each Tooth on Pulleys B and A: 0.2 mm Thread Angle on the M3 Nut: 90 degrees Count of Individual M3 Nuts Mounted Within Assembly: One Retainer: The use of retainer clips allows belt disconnection in assembly and during maintenance operations.
