Attaching a 3mm GT2 belt is easily done by affixing it securely. This process can be bolstered with a piece of aluminum to provide enhanced stability and prevent unwanted slippage. To accommodate this, it's necessary to drill through the belt itself, however in practice, this step won't affect its overall performance for 3D printer applications. In contrast, models with 2 holes offer seamless integration for direct mounting on NEMA14 steppers without posing a threat to motor coil functionality.
