This is a customized GT2 2mm belt profile reimagined as a rack. Perfectly suited for powering a 3D printer or a light-duty CNC machine, it has been verified to mesh flawlessly with an actual GT2 belt. Its width of 6mm ensures seamless integration down the middle of standard 20x rail configurations. Individual pieces can be easily connected end-to-end, maintaining proper belt engagement within typical printer tolerances. Instructions I manufactured this design without any support at a 25% fill density using a Flashforge Creator X (or its Monoprice counterpart.)
