Print your 40 tooth idler 608 pulley designed for GT2 2mm x 6mm wide belts at a 100% infill. For optimal results, ensure that your printer is well calibrated to achieve a press fit from one side only, utilizing the small ridge on the other side for proper centering of the 608 bearing within the idler. Note that I have included thing:16627 as this was the model used in my pulley creation process. Additionally, images are provided showcasing a printed version without fan support during a majority of the printing process and at fast speeds; these images serve to illustrate potential outcomes when deviating from recommended print settings.
