Temporary pulley assemblies, crafted for rapid prototyping of printers, will be soon replaced with sturdy aluminum counterparts to shield them from the heat generated by stepper motors which has a tendency to soften plastic components. This particular design is a customized iteration of the pulley system found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:343343, designed specifically to meet your precise needs. A customizer was employed in creating this pulley assembly. This application is available at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=343343. For assembling this component, please follow these instructions carefully: Choose from the options below to personalize the pulley assembly according to your specific requirements. * The diameter of the base should be set to 20. * To accommodate different needs, the profile is set at 12 by default. * You can decide the length of the toothed part.
