These pulleys have the smallest diameter that will accept F623ZZ bearings. Before printing the test file, make sure it's a perfect fit for the belt on the pulley teeth profile. If it's not a good match, don't try to resize it - just adjust your slicer settings instead. You might be able to adjust the height of the pulleys by plus or minus 1mm, but they may still have slicing issues.
