GT Snow Racer MOTOR MOD
thingiverse
I created a CAD plan for my GT snow racer sled's motor mount modification, powered by a 1000w brushed motor. Additional pictures will be added once the build is complete. Materials: - 5/8" threaded rod serves as both rear axle and hinge connecting top to bottom. - 3/8" threaded rod secures top and bottom shock absorber components. - Four 5/8" bolts are required for assembly. - Four 3/8" bolts will also be used in the build. - A rear pocket bike sprocket is needed, as well as a front sprocket of unknown size. - Two 9" rims and tires will be necessary. - A significant amount of 1"x1" square steel tubing will be required. - Optional: short nails for wheel use. This plan is not to scale and is still a work in progress. If you decide to build this and it functions as intended, please share a video with me. The design was created using Tinkercad, an online CAD platform. You can edit the design directly on their website at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1oSHC6DURqU
