I created this so I could tighten the wheels on my Helion while riding a bike. To do that, I'll need to drill two holes for an M4 thread and open one hole for a pass-through M4 opening. I used two M4 x 30mm Nylon screws - one of which I sharpened slightly at the point. Additionally, I added some rubber tape inside the clamp area to prevent scratching my frame and keep everything in place. Print Settings Printer Brand: Deltaprintr Printer: Deltaprintr Kit Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 with a 0.4 nozzle Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this at 100% infill using BamTack PLA on my large Kossel at 190c for the hotend and 75c for the hotbed. Post-Printing To assemble this, I'll need to drill two holes for an M4 thread and open one hole for a pass-through M4 opening. Next, add some rubber tape or duct tape inside for padding. How I Designed This I designed this using Google SketchUp.
