GSwirl 200 CR Turbo Diesel engine

Greetings to everyone! I have created a Common Rail Turbo Diesel engine for a school project with 2-liter displacement and approximately 110 kW maximum power and 300 Nm torque. The engine calculations were done using Gamma Technologies' software, while mechanical calculations were carried out manually by the engine technology disciplines. The main objective was to prepare an assembly drawing that showcased all functional parts. This project took around 10 weeks to complete, and it includes some parts without drafts, dummy components, and a dummy water pump system. The model is made in Solidworks 2015 SP2 and rendered in Keyshot 5. A short animation of the stripped version can be viewed at http://coub.com/view/c7rw6. The full Solidworks model is available in zip file format, along with step and parasolid files. However, some faces and curves may not be perfect. Some parts were sourced from GrabCAD, such as the turbocharger, alternator, swashplate pump, and a hydraulic valve lifter from classmate Soma Sárosi.
