GST 12V-70 Dust Extraction Adapter

My new jigsaw lacked a crucial component: the vacuum hose adapter. Fortunately, I discovered that a replacement part was available, but it was prohibitively expensive, making it an ideal candidate for 3D printing. The aluminum foot of my jigsaw has a groove that allows me to feed in this flat profile. Initially, I printed the adapter with PLA, but it was difficult to insert and, if placed in the back section, became too rigid to accommodate the vacuum hose movements without breaking easily. This is why I switched to TPU. The photos accompanying my design do not showcase the final product since the features are still taped up and working for me. My current design integrates these components seamlessly, so it should fit perfectly right away. If not, feel free to adjust the fusion design and share your modifications. Because this print stands upright, I added a small section of support material at the noses, which provides clip-in fixation. These sections need to be cut away with pliers. The adapter is designed for vacuum hoses with an inner diameter of 30mm, a common size in household vacuums. It may also fit other Bosch GST models, but I have not tested it yet.
