GSG/SIG 1911 .22lr - Tuning Thread Protector

The GSG 1911 .22lr is a cheap entry-level pistol that comes very close to the original. Unfortunately, the precision at 25m is very low, as the carriage has around 3mm of play due to the bushing, which causes a high degree of scatter </br> </br> To improve this, I first designed a better-fitting bushing, which unfortunately is not printable, as it breaks off after 5 subsonic shots. That's why I designed the muzzle adapter with an m9x0.75 thread, which has less than 1mm of play for me. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee success, as the models have different tolerances, so I included the freecad file so that you can modify it yourself. (Requires the threads addon for freecad.) I've tried different materials and pla works best because the barrel doesn't get warmer than 48°C. (I tested HV ammunition with about 200 shots) But recommend reinforced material to increase durability.
