A non-functional suppressor replica for the GSG-5 and GSG-522 .22LR rimfire rifles, created to resemble a genuine suppressor but not provide actual sound reduction. Its length is significantly shorter than the original, measuring only 103mm in length. This replica was developed due to changes in European Union gun laws that led to an adjustment in the minimum barrel length required for rifles in Finland. As a result, Finns can now shorten their barrels by approximately 11.5cm without compromising safety margins. However, it's essential to verify local laws before attempting any modifications. To print this design, orient your printer so the front end of the replica is facing upwards. No supports are needed during printing.
