Grundtvig's Church
thingiverse
Students at the UTech Lab created Grundtvig's Church during a 3D Printing workshop. Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, this church stands out due to its unique expressionist architecture. Its unusual design has made it one of Copenhagen's most recognizable churches. As part of the series of 3D printing workshops at UTech Lab, this church is the thirteenth landmark among fifteen designed so far. Each workshop adds a new landmark to the Europe 3D Printed Map displayed on the ground floor of the lab. The following landmarks have been created: Big Ben, Eiffel Tower, Parthenon, Belem Tower, Sagrada Familia, Colosseum, Pisa Tower, Brandenburg Gate, Saint Basil's Cathedral, White Tower of Thessaloniki, Hagia Sophia, and Stortorget. To learn more about the project, visit our website at http://eugenweb3.eugenfound.edu.gr/utech. The 3D printed models were created using a MakerBot Replicator 2X printer with no rafts or supports.
