Grundfos Alpha Pumpenrad pump wheel/ Impeller (Heizung Zirkulationspumpe/ circulation pump)

<p>This is a spare part for a Grundfos Alpha+, a circulation pump which is not produced any more, but it could be that it fits to other pumps of this manufacturer, too. I don't know how long it will do the job, but at least as long as it takes to order a replacement for the pump. I recommend to print with Nylon.<br>As you can see on the picture, the original pump wheel has almost dissolved in 12 years, mind you in our drinking water. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture of my nylon print before assembly.<br>Now the pump wheel is in use for a week without any problems, and I wonder whether I should install the spare pump or send it back.</p><p>UPDATE_1</p><p>The pump wheel is working now since three month. No problems. But without solar energy in winter, the water is only warmed up to about 70 °C. In summer with solar energy, my drinking water gets up to 90 °C. We will see, whether I need to install my spare pump or not. If it is working the whole summer, I will sell the spare pump.</p><p>UPDATE_2</p><p>Now I have installed the spare pump, because of noises. The pump wheel was still on the shaft, but it seams that another material than Nylon would be better for a job in water.</p><p>From todays point of view, I would print it with Prusament PC-Blend</p>
