The initial nine versions of this series are essentially agricultural designs, featuring a covered, raised cockpit without cowlings. The subsequent ten models, on the other hand, are designed specifically for air shows, boasting cowling cooling rings and open cockpits. These Ag Cats are incredibly accurate in terms of dimensions, with minor variations only. They exhibit detailed texturing and feature animated elements, including propellers, ailerons, rudders, and elevators. The models come equipped with all necessary materials and textures and are available across multiple formats. The Grumman G-164 Ag Cat is a single-engine biplane agricultural aircraft introduced in the 1950s by Grumman; production rights were later acquired by Schweizer Aircraft in 1981. Interestingly, the design elements of this biplane echo those of the iconic WWII Cat fighters. Designed to carry hefty loads and spray crops efficiently, these aircraft are exceptionally maneuverable and robust. They can withstand harsh flying conditions and challenging landing sites, making them ideal for agricultural purposes. Due to their remarkable strength, agility, and performance, several Ag Cats have been repurposed for air shows and aerobatic displays, including wing walking demonstrations.
