The Panther, a near-scale model, boasts full texturing and an array of animatable features such as ailerons, flaps, rudder, elevators, main and tail landing gear, and doors. Offered in multiple formats, this model replicates the F9F Panther, a successful US Navy carrier-based jet fighter with a single engine and straight wings, utilized extensively during the Korean War by both the Navy and Marine Corps. Notably, it was also the first jet aircraft employed by the Blue Angels flight team. The F9F-5 variant of the F9F-4 featured an extended fuselage for increased fuel capacity, powered by a Pratt & Whitney J48 engine.
