This highly detailed model is almost full-sized and features textured surfaces. It boasts animateable wing slats, flaps, stabilizers, rudders, turbines, canopy opening/closing, landing gear extending, landing gear doors, wheels, and some cockpit controls. The model includes a detailed cockpit, engine exhaust, and turbines, among other features. It's available in 10 different formats. The cockpit canopy opening is animated. Models with squadron liveries come equipped with sidewinder, sparrow, and Maverick missiles, pylons, and additional textures for these. They feature three liveries: the 1970s bright colorful paint schemes, the 1980s less vibrant colors, and the 1990s drab tones, all from identified squadrons. There's also a High Poly (HP) version with fewer details and a Very High Poly (VHP) model with landing gear, landing gear doors, and extensive cockpit detail. The bare metal version comes without missiles, pylon launchers, or fairings for custom paint schemes. The Grumman F-14D Tomcat is a supersonic, twin-engine, variable-sweep wing, two-seat strike fighter equipped with F110-GE-400 engines, new radar, and advanced avionics systems. The first production F-14D took flight on February 9th, 1990, and it's capable of carrying short, medium, and long-range air-to-air missiles (AIM-9, AIM-7, AIM-54) as well as air-to-ground ordnance like the Rockeye bomb and CBU cluster bombs.
