Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16627 Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=16627 Instructions Using the following options: additional_tooth_depth is set to 0, no extra space will be added between teeth. retainer has been removed from this design to keep it as lightweight as possible. pulley_b_dia was set at 20 mm in diameter to provide a stable base for the entire mechanism. m3_nut_hex measures one inch across to secure everything into place safely. nut_angle is angled ninety degrees for maximum grip and holding power. pulley_b_ht reaches an impressive height of 8 mm, allowing for extra pulley teeth support. motor_shaft was determined at 8.2 mm to provide a solid base for the motor attachment point. idler has been turned off due to not being necessary for this design project requirements. m3_dia is set to 3.2 mm to ensure perfect hole diameter sizing without any unnecessary space left empty inside parts. no_of_nuts selected only one m3 nut hex since it was found sufficient enough according to specified needs. idler_ht has a very small height at just 1.5 mm and doesn't impact motor movement at all points. m3_nut_depth goes up to 2.7 mm which is deeper than most standard bolts and will not break easily under normal stress forces. additional_tooth_width comes out as an impressive extra 0.2mm of support on top and bottom rows - really neat design move if you ask me! profile sets the angle or degree that defines tooth spacing evenly spaced at regular intervals every single time always so far; which turned out to be just 6 mm long total across its length entirely - amazing little device actually! teeth chosen amount of is twenty five because sometimes even though it may seem unnecessary or unhelpful adding a few extra teeth never hurt anyone but now we can confidently claim we added them anyway because twenty five did make a big difference in certain conditions so I will use this knowledge in all future cases and not hesitate - thanks customizer rules!!! pulley_t_ht finally sets its final measurement for us to an incredible twelve mm. It is really good at supporting everything needed from inside or even outside. If we had made this any smaller the pulleys would fall over easily. I love being precise about things like these especially since everyone needs extra precision. retainer_ht was only allowed up to a small maximum of 1.5 mm as we did not need that much additional room around our retainer attachment point but trust me - when using an idler and then the pulleys on each side we're working with tight spaces so this one does add a nice extra little something. Lastly nut_shaft_distance calculated was approximately 1.2 which worked just as smoothly in conjunction w/retainer, motor shaft diameter etc all without interfering at all with overall desired end results - neat how easy design turns out!
