Grozovoi — Soviet Tier X destroyer, designed as a "large destroyer" based on World War II experience. A product of Project 40N, this ship boasts greater dimensions and dual-purpose artillery compared to her predecessors. Enhanced AA guns give her an edge over other ships in the game.
