I designed this part because alternatives on Amazon are north of $15 and figured I could DIY it for much cheaper. Cura estimates the part uses less than $2, so goal achieved. You'll need to print both a flange and cap part in the desired size to complete the assembly. I've included both 6in and 4in versions, but the model may be scaled to any size in a slicer of your choosing. Below I've included scaling factors through 10in, using the 6in part as the base model.5in = 83%7in = 117%8in = 133%9in = 150%10in = 167%So, to print a 7inn port (using the 6in part files), you would scale the model 117% for each part.Once the parts are printed, pack them with polyfil or other filter medium of your choice and snap the cap part onto the back of the flange piece. I found it easiest to snap the cap by running my thumbs along the perimeter from opposite directions.Any questions, comments, or other feedback is always welcome and appreciated. Mush love and happy printing!
