Here's a mini rack for a grow-lamp that helps indoor kitchen-plants thrive in the absence of a sunny-side window and limited sunlight in northern Germany. To address this issue, I use a Romberg "Aromatic" for the plants ("Mia" also works well), an E27-lamp mount from "Conrad", some small wooden planks (11x5 mm) and a red/blue-led-bulb to accelerate my basil growth. The lengths for the wood-pieces are: top - 4.2 cm and 32 cm; sides - 30 cm with 75° angles at the bottom. I secured the mount using two M2 screws I had on hand, as the initial thin arms on the side broke off (I deleted them in the model, but it still works fine). Depending on your printer's accuracy, some minor sanding of the wooden ends may be necessary to ensure a smooth finish. The goal is to spread the idea of building an affordable sun-alternative.
