Grout remover foot
thingiverse
I originally designed this to fit my Powercraft 160W Combitool perfectly. The Combitool came with a tile cutting set, which is super useful but the grout remover feet all use a 30° incline that I wanted to modify. So, I removed the centre of the tile cutting set foot, clamp screw and nut from the original design, and fitted them to this new 30° inclined grout remover foot instead. The v2 of this design worked great with longer cutters but it was impossible to get shorter cutters out far enough. To make this design more versatile for everyone, I added an insert that suits an M18 x 1.5 threaded Combitool; I never needed the original tile cutting set anyway. To customize this insert using the OpenSCAD file, you will need to grab the OpenSCAD threads module by dan_kirshner from Thingiverse. The 3rd version was created to screw directly onto the M18 x 1.5 thread on the nose of the Combitool, and that made the design much more compact. To customize this one too, you will also need to grab the OpenSCAD threads module by dan_kirshner from Thingiverse.
