##About I crafted Grout, Groot's brother from Guardian of the Galaxy, while testing Sculptris Pro mode in ZBrush. Next, I created a Wacom pen holder with it, but also designed a variation as a trash container or flower pot since I'm aiming to grow a bonsai on top of his head. The model is fully hollowed out. Thanks! ##SLA and FDM STL files I'm providing the same model, one for FDM and one for SLA. The only variation for the SLA is two vent holes on the bottom to prevent suction cup issues. ##FDM Printing recommendations No support is needed to print this model. However, if you want a flower pot, use at least 3 outlines (I'd recommend 4) and a 30% infill. Print three layers for the bottom and top, or four for the bottom if you plan to use it as a flower pot. Don't print below 150 microns per layer and 50mm/s speed, depending on the final size of the print. I successfully printed it on the Creality CR10S and Tevo Tornado. ##SLA Printing recommendations This model has many details even after decimation removed some. You might encounter a few overhangs requiring extra support to avoid failed prints. I printed this model with success on the Form2 and Slash+, but checked each layer individually to carefully place supports where needed.
