Groundspike Lid for / Hole Cover Brabantia Washing Line (45mm)

<p>Hi, this is my first time on Printables (please be kind).&nbsp;</p><p>I wanted to make a groundspike cover - or washing line hole cover for my Dad, who either lost his or never got one. This one is for a diameter of 45mm, and modelled on my OEM one. It might work for other brands too, I'm not sure.&nbsp;</p><p>I went through a few iterations to dial in some of the dimensions and add a few ‘features’. There's a couple of scoops on each side for a bit of leverage and I've also added a nub to help pull it out of the ground if you prefer.&nbsp;</p><p>I printed a couple, one with a 0.28mm layer height and it printed in about 1hr 35. A 0.12mm height takes a huuuge 3hr 49m even at 75mm/s. Both of those were with a Cubic-Subdivision Fill @ 20%</p><p>I used a fairly sparse support on the lower part of the print only (I excluded anything above the widest point). If you don't like the nub, lower the STL height and you can print without support and you'll probably get a cleaner finish.</p><p>Printed in Sunlu PETG White @ 235/70 on an Ender 3 S1 Pro. It's only £2.50 (+ p&amp;p) to buy a new one, but this print costs about £0.50p</p><p><i>Designed in Tinkercad, using loads of different shapes</i></p>
