It is used to create perfect fits from one piece of wood to another with a table saw. On the internet you will find many videos explaining how it works. You will need the following material to assemble it: 2 M4x14 grub screws (the ones without heads) 2 M4 normal nuts (to fit on the blue wheels) 2 M4 self-locking nuts (to fit the yellow and red parts). You will probably have to file a little one of the screws, because it would be better if they were 13 mm, but that size does not exist in the market.
