Grohe dual flush button
thingiverse
I built this piece after my dual flush button stopped working (model Grohe Skate Air 38505000). Two lower snap locking fasteners, which held the yellow part of the button in place, snapped (see images), and a replacement button would cost more than 30 EUR. I used a hairdryer to warm up the 3D printed part so it would fit snugly on the oval surface where the fasteners should be positioned. I sanded both surfaces with fine-grit sandpaper and applied super glue, letting it set overnight. Make sure to position the part so that the bottom part fits into the small channel on the base of the button (chrome part). With some simple modifications, I believe this design can be adapted to fit other models. I'm uploading the CAD model as well for easier editing.
