Some US stores lock their shopping carts together and you have to use a quarter to unlock one. You get your quarter back when you return the cart, but not everyone carries spare change. Put this on your keyring and it's always handy. After unlocking your cart the token can be removed by rotating it to one side or the other. No need to use the locking chain to eject the token. I've found that the image prints better if you print it face down.
