Print this in whatever material you wish, using plenty of infill.I created the model with 16.2mm bore, which should give you a sliding clearance, but not be too loose.   Just to clarify, I designed this for someone else.  I do not own a G4003G, and may not be able to answer many, if any, questions about which pitches you can cut with this, or which gearbox lever settings.
